F3g was employed by Regional Enterprise, a Joint Venture between London Borough of Barnet and Capita plc, to manage the construction of Barnet Council’s new offices in London.

F3g’s focus was to ensure that Capita achieve its business case objectives as part of the Partnership with London Borough Barnet.

The role required F3g to act as Project Manager in accordance with the main building contract.

At 10 storeys high, the new building serves as a significant urban marker and gateway into the newly regenerated Grahame Park.

 

The office building will comprise of 10,000 m2 of floor space.

 

The new building has provided room for staff to relocate from the council’s current offices at North London Business Park, New Southgate and Barnet House in Whetstone on the other side of the Borough.
